How'd you get booted out, train?

Man, I had every intention of being there... but we went grocery shopping and didn't get done until about 7, and then I had told my daughter that we would eat at Macaroni Grill and she was really set on it so we had to go and we had a terrible waitress, and then we had to put the kids to bed...

I'm a bit surprised I made it at all.

I just hope Portis heals up, since he was my first pick :( and Culpepper and Ben (can't spell his last name offhand) do well as my QBs. I can't even remember my WRs...

Not sure- I guess the league hit its limit or something... I tried to log in, and I wasn't a member... tried to join again just in case and it was full...

I checked email for verification and got nothing...

But that's okay... at least I can see the smack talk here... ;)

What happened was the league had an odd number of teams. The league had stated for a while that it will not accept an odd number of teams, so it booted off the most recent signee.

Aw man.... that's probably my fault then. I should have been paying attention and created a "dummy" account to even out the teams :(

I got to the draft late and got to draft my last few D.

Yeah, but I came in late like you and thus had some list drafting but didn't make out nearly as good as you (I don't think...)

Well, i think my team will be okay with a bit of tweaking after the first week or two. Will have to see how it goes.....

Yeah, she can't believe we all sat around for half an hour (I guess an hour to you guys who started) "drafting" players...

Although since she had nothing else to do, she sat there too :)

Just tell her that I had just come from a 4 hour live in person draft (of course there was beer and pizza too!)
