Battle Veteran seems fine. The only thing I don't like about the Goblin is the name. However, I have no ideas off the top of my head. If no alternatives are suggested, I'll give a thumbs up to both of these.

The Battle Veteran is uncommon, right?

And the Goblins ability should be reworded: Sacrifice <this>: <this> deals two damage to target blocking creature.

Goblin Zealot? Goblin Lunatic?

Sacrifice <THIS>: remove target blocking creature from the game.

They both seem to be uncommon.....

Can we try the Capricious Giant without the sacrifice?
Why?
I think the Sac was included to make you have to put a land on top of your library. There seemed to be a very few instances where that would be a factor. It also keeps it from being uncommon.

I think the 'or sac' kind of dilutes the card, while it indeed will hardly ever be a factor.

Bigger Red Hasty Bomb new name: Veteran Raider?
Creature - Warrior?
I don't think it should be a red centaur

A red centaur is indeed a bit weird.

Veteran Raider sounds good.

I think we should discuss the Mugroth creature with his "Evo" breathren.

I like Echo Void a lot, but "Return target opponent's card to their hand that is RFG." seems like an awkward wording. Any suggestions?

I think you have to refer to the owner of a card if the card isn't in play..
