CPA Set - Finalize cards

On "Rider's Trade": Obviously, I was trying to make a "Tradewind Rider" enchantment. I'm all for making taking a permanent and shuffling it into an opponent's library. BUT, think of the following scenarios:

Rider's Trade (new version) + Token Generators = absolute brokeness

Opposition is bad enough. Returning things to your hands slows down an opponent's strategies. Shuffling permanents into an opponent's library is just insane. And all for the low, low price of 2UU.

I think we can establish that this card will be rare. But, if you're going to change that one wording, the cc needs to be altered.

To totally make it white, it should be "shuffle it back, then its controller may draw a card!"

Card draw is white???? That makes it totally Blue and not white at all.

The problem with this is that it doesn't tap itself like Tradewind Rider, thus having some limitation on it's use.
Could make the creatures be non-token or make this a creature enchantment to give the creature T:tap creatures and bounce permenents......

That really wasn't the point of the card. The point was giving the Tradewind ability on a global enchantment level. I think leaving it at returning permanents to hand is fine, but the cc should probably up upped to 3UU or 4UU.

So, something like this?

Card Name: Rider's Trade
Color: U
Cost: 4UU
Type: Enchantment
Pow/Tgh:
Rules Text: Tap three untapped creatures you control: Return target permanent to it's owner's hand.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: R
Artist:
Number: 54/186

This is still broke with mass token generation. But, I'll go with this......
But the name has to change......

To What?
Trade Winds?
Majority rules?
Bounce?
Overrule?
Oblatory?
Oblatorium?
Trade Sanctions?
Undo Pressure?
Something else?

Card Name: Subjugate
Color: U
Cost: 3UUU
Type: Sorcery
Pow/Tgh:
Rules Text: Gain control of target creature. Put a +1/+1 counter on it for each G spent to play Subjugate.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: U
Artist:
Number: 56/186

Card Name: Switch
Color: U
Cost: X1U
Type: Instant
Pow/Tgh:
Rules Text: Target player draws X cards, then shuffles X cards from his or her hand into his or her library
Flavor Text:
Rarity: C
Artist:
Number: 57/186

Subjugate is cool, but as a common? Does it cost enough to be common?

Should Switch be XU, would that make it an uncommon?

Ransac

CPA Trash Man
Switch can be common, but Subjugate should be an uncommon. If Dominate was an uncommon, this is an uncommon.

What's the final word on the Rider's Trade/Prejudice/<Insert New Name Here>?

It's good with mw, just waiting to see if Limited has issues.

The card draw made it white, because it would be an enchantment that does Oblation.

But for six mana it seems fixed. Prejudice seems like a good name, allthough I really like Majority Rules.

Subjugate should indeed be uncommon

And Switch should refer to cards from your hand:
"Target player draws X cards, then shuffles X cards from his or her hand into his or her library"

Card Name: Time Paradox Delete this card
Color: U
Cost: 3UU
Type: Sorcery
Pow/Tgh:
Rules Text: Take another turn after this one.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: R
Artist:
Number: 58/186

Card Name: Tooth for a Tooth
Color: U
Cost: 2UU
Type: Enchantment
Pow/Tgh:
Rules Text: Whenever a creature you control is returned to your hand from play, you may return target creature an opponent controls to it's owner's hand.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: C
Artist:
Number: 59/186

Axe the take another turn card.
Tooth for a tooth is very narrow in focus, so as a common for 4cc, it seems about right,,,, but, wait, if you put it in a bounce deck and bounce your own creatures then get one of your opponent's creatures...... hmmmm could be good in the right deck.

I think we made Tooth for a Tooth to capitalize on the Retreat mechanic. I see it as an uncommon or common.

Time Paradox was already reworded to:

Time Paradox
2UU
Sorcery
Take another turn after this one. After that turn, skip your next turn.

Still ax it?

Tooth for a Tooth can stay common, it's an interesting card, but not too much.
Axe Time Paradox, the take an extra turn effect is too broke.

Townsmen seems ok.
Triumphant Retreat needs to be rare or at leaset uncommon.

Ransac

CPA Trash Man
I'll say rare. Evacuation was rare. This saves all of your creatures from a sudden WOG or Mutilate. Rare.

How does this card work? Is it a Seal of Evacuation? Is is it supposed to be a sorcery?
