It doesn't seem anyone is as excited about as you and I, so it died quickly. But don't be so...disheartened...all "homemade sets" start out with grand big-band and die so quickly after and so silentely that no one knows it happened.

From an outsider's point of view, it just seems that since there didn't seem to be a lead and no one really wanted to be one, there was no one to get things going once past the initial setup of duties. Although some duties are dependent on others to be done first (play-test, art).

Sets always collapse in here. Period. That's the rule. No one has a consistent interest.

Leader or not, god or not, you or not - it wasn't going to happen, trust me.

I agree that sets always collapse in here, but in this particular case, I think it was the lack of leadership. Most other sets were just efforts between two or less people where leadership didn't matter.
