17, but then again there are many members around that age that act much more sensible and less offensive then duke. Age shouldn't be an issue, how that person acts such. For example Duke would be compairitively a 4 or 5 year old, where as someone like Apollo or Multani would be a more sensible 30 or 40. But that isn't the way things work...
