Card Name: Augmund
Color: U
Cost: 1U
Type: Creature - Berserker
Pow/Tgh: 2/1
Rules Text: 1U: Berserker gains flying
All combat damage from creatures and artifacts to attacking Augmund is reduced to 1
Flavor Text:
Rarity: C
Artist:
Number: 31/186

Should the Rules Text be
All Berserkers gains flying - very powerful
Target Berserker gains flying - limiting
<THIS> gains flying - not really good
If its an uncommon, it should say target Berserker (for a rare, it could be 'all')
The second ability seems a bit strange. Artifacts never deal combat damage, unless they are creatures..
I think there is a simpler wording for this card, but I can't quite get my finger on it.

Prevent all but one damage from creatures blocking it?
Whenever a blocking creature would deal damage to ~, prevent all but one of that damage?

All combat damage from creatures and artifacts to attacking Augmund is reduced to 1
At least it should be:
"All combat damage from creatures to attacking Augmund is reduced to 1"
because artifacts only deal combat damage if they are creatures.

But how is this card supposed to work? Should each creature blocking Augmund deal him 1 damage, or doesn't get more than one damage in total?

I think the artifacts can be left out.
All combat damage dealt to attacking Augmund is reduced to 1.
All combat damage, not 1 from each creature.
Yes the ability is strange, but would work with enchantments and/or equipment.

All fine, but don't forget to change the name of the card in the rules text, too.

I kinda want to try it without the sacrifice; emptying your hand is drawback enough right?

Mooseman

Isengar Tussle
Wait.... a 3/3 flyer for 3cc and no drawbacks when it's the only card in hand?????
Seems like a huge bomb. Do you really want to make it that good?
It can't be a common then.

Ransac

CPA Trash Man
OO, forgot about that.

You know, I could see it as uncommon, but I'll say rare.

I still think it isn't that bad.. you can compare it to Junun Efreet; if its the last card in your hand, you probably won't need BB the next turn.

And Blue should have better flyers than Black right?

But I think making it an Uncommon is good suggestion.

Contort is just removal, disguised as a blue card..... hehe
But it's an OK common card.

Counter Enchantment needs to be a rare and it's a bomb...... but it's blue and I like that....... hahahaha

I agree on contort. Common is fine for it.

And I agree on Counter Enchantment, though it needs a name. Plugging in "Deny" into thesaurus.com, I found "Turn Down" and I thing that works well. Thoughts?

Turn Down..... not bad, sounds like the end of a bad episode of one of those reality dating shows......

Unless Limited has probs, I'll make these done.

Wow, we are starting to get through these now.
