They all seem just fine.. perhaps the Garmswood Totem Shaman could even be an uncommon instead of a rare?

Intimidating Growth v2 – (name: Threatening Growth)

Intimidating Growth v3 – (name: Terrorizing Growth)

I would change Intimidating Growth v1 to be:
" Target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. If U spent to play Intimidating Growth v1, that creature also gains flying.

Do we want all three versions?

I think we only want one of these, and my vote is for V.3.

Name should stay Intimidating Growth for it.

Eh, the blue really doesn't fit with a Giant Spider concept. Plus, it would be "and can block creatures with flying".

I think there should only be one green spell with "if U was spent" and my vote would also go to Intimidating Growth v3..

(and by selecting only one, we don't have to change the name)

Shalla Grimm should definitely be rare.. (and a Legendary Creature - Human Berserker)

And Strength of Soil can easily be an uncommon and doesn't need the 'you control' restriction

Unrhystic Resonance - I hate this name, Resonating Wind? Bear Hex? Ursine Wind?
This is an umcommon.

Void Pack - uncommon?
Wandering Sprite - common?

Warrior’s Rage - 1GG is very expensive, but the forestcast1 is good. Still common?
If it's to be rare, then I suggest it become a +3/+3 counter that stays on it.

I don't like the Unrhystic Resonance at all. A spell that destroy target enchantment is usually white.. but a Bear token definitely wouldn't be. How about completely changing it to ..

Ursine's Spirit Spark WG
Instant
Destroy target enchantment and put a 2/2 Green Bear token into play.

Rare.. or maybe uncommon?

Wandering Sprite is definitely a common.

Void Pack seems uncommon. Perhaps it could be a common at 3G.

Warrior's Rage can be common I guess.. we could at least try it like this. Only thing I don't like about it is the name: referring to Warriors and Rage seems something Red would do. Most green spells imply somekind of growth.. Bulgen? (its not a word, but it sounds kinda right)

Garden Gnome! :D

But I like Agoraphobic Ursine & Serf Gardner..

We could leave the wurm as is, but I thought of a problem: if you cast him, and control no other creatures, you wont have to put any creatures on top of your library. We could add the "or sacrifice" but as you've seen with the other Capricious ones I am really trying to avoid that.
I still think it wouldn't be too good (but I admit I could be wrong) that the card should be okay as:

Card Name: Capricious Wurm
Color: G
Cost: 1GG
Type: Creature - Wurm
Pow/Tgh: 4/4
Rules Text: Trample (If all the creatures blocking this creature receive lethal damage, remaining damage can be assigned to the defending player.)
When Capricious Wurm comes into play, put a creature you control on top of your library.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: U
Artist:
Number: 127/186

but perhaps, as a compromise, you could consider:

Card Name: Capricious Wurm
Color: G
Cost: 1GG
Type: Creature - Wurm
Pow/Tgh: 3/4
Rules Text: Trample (If all the creatures blocking this creature receive lethal damage, remaining damage can be assigned to the defending player.)
When Capricious Wurm comes into play, put a creature you control on top of your library.
Flavor Text:
Rarity: U
Artist:
Number: 127/186

Sorry Limited, I seemed to have missed this post.
Let me address one part:
When the wurm CIP, if you controll no other creatures, you put the wurm on top of your library, as it's the only creature you control.
The other one's need the "Or Sacrifice" since they deal with something not a creature, like lands or cards from you hand, where the drawback can be avoided. The wurm can avoid the drawback.

Ah right. I was confusing it with "put two target creatures" ... but I still think just one would be enough of a drawback. But we'll leave it at two for now.

Mooseman said:

I don't think any of them need the "or sacrifice" part added; the green one is a lot harder to avoid, but you could still find ways to turn it into something else.. say, an enchantment (Only Soul Sculptor is a creature, so it would be put on top. Anyway)
But the Red has no drawback if you have no lands. Well, I'm fine with a creature being a bit better when you are in that board position. Same thing goes for emptying your hand.

I never made a black and a white one did I?

Capricious Horror 1BB
Creature - Horror
Fear
When ~ comes into play, an opponent (puts/may put) a card from your graveyard on top of your library
2/2

Capricious Paladin 1WW
Vigilance
????
2/3

I'm stumped on the white one :(

I was also trying to avoid the Warrior part.. also not the first thing that comes to mind considering green. But I like Bulgen Muscles (although it would probably become Bulging Muscles, to make it actually english)
