It seems to me like this card might replace WoG in the base set in the future. There's been a lot of WoG variants that never really got played, but this one might actually be better.

Is Sunscour really that much better than the above? Isn't losing two white cards something you can't afford when wiping the board?

I already have a deck built around that combo, but it is yet to go off

It's a lot more favorable in the weenie decks. Why? Because you get to sit around and kill your opposition if it gets a little too out of hand by ditching those two 1/1 critters you have in your hand. Sure will make your opponent think twice when you've "only got" three cards in your hand.
