Just out of curiosity, why was the thread "Spam on the boards" closed? There wasn't any usually red flags like cursing (that I could see).

I would say Mill is a narrower form of U/W control because it uses the Millstone as the main way to run the opponent out of cards, as opposed to U/W control which might have some big fattie to deal damage once you have board control (like Serras in The Deck or Morphling with Urza's Saga).
