I'm not sure how you're using Power Artifact with Mana Vault but it doesn't reduce the cost to untap by 2. The four colorless mana is NOT an activation cost, so Power Artifact doesn't affect that aspect of it. The only activation cost on Mana Vault is the <tap> needed to get the four mana.

I think someone said it best on that other thread (Duke's "Pathetic" thread?): a casual is NOT a person who lives, breathes, and tests Magic all day long with the intent of going to tourneys to win money as a job.

I would have to say Other because I'm not playing Magic right now (although if someone GAVE me a booster or box, I'd take it). If I was playing, I'd still say Other only because the Superior and Excellent descriptions don't match mine; I'd buy a box and leave it at that. :)

TeamRegime: Okay, I got it. It was just originally in your paragraph you started out saying "take this website" so it seemed the rest of it applied to the CPA, which I wasn't really seeing and wondering if others did. I haven't really heard anything about the Spiderman movie nor the thefts :(
