I don't know why this had to be thought as "jokingly", other than the author himself said it was (a few posts later). I'm sure there are people somewhere in the world that has given this some thought... I think it will a long while before any of this becomes feasible though.

It's true, unless you have a few hours to devote to this place, you pretty much have to skim the new threads and pick and choose which ones to follow. I'm pretty sure most people go that route... glad you're here, hop in anywhere... see fuzzy, here's someone who's been here since September...

The way I envision it is the ability to definitively hear another's thoughts. No ambiguity on what the other mind is saying. To that end, so far I don't think it exists. What twins experience may be the start of it or something similar, but it's not definite.

This was raised before in this forum; if you have the time you may want to search for it. Basically it costs nothing in terms of space to store the "profiles" of the 0-post users, and they could be lurkers or whatever.

Regionals is probably NOT the place for the typical "casual" player. However, local tourneys, depending on their atmosphere and format, are probably fine for a "fun" night.

If it's okay with everyone, I'll pocket any of the coins that I don't have. Then offer the rest to everyone else. If they don't want it, I'll hold onto the whole bag. I assume the map is of the area above ground, the trail we were following? If no one objects, I'll hold into that as well...
