I thought they had already declared Imperial Seal and Personal Tutor would be restricted in Vintage (when Portal became legal). I wonder if Cruel Tutor will make it into any decks (even though it sucks worse than Imperial Seal). Unrestricting Mind over Matter was a good move. I have no qualms...

I'd say Prophecy with Spore Frog. Failing that, I'd say Nemesis with Blastoderm (and failing that Urza's Destiny with Rofellos, then Urza's Legacy with Deranged Hermit). As far as the issue at hand, though... I am trying to think of ways to make this thing better. But every time I either try...
