Foreshadow has to target an opponent.

Also, in the original topdeck thread, you have the rule stating, "Each time a spell, ability, or effect would cause a player to draw more than one card, they draw one card instead." Technically, Foreshadow is one spell that allows you to draw 2 cards. Did you mean to specify that more than one card can't be drawn in one turn or are the two draw conditions technically separate effects. I'm not quite sure how we're interpretting this, but it'd be helpful to have some clarification.

sigh... I was thinking it said each time during a turn... and this was like the single exception I knew of to get 2 cards because it went through turns... but it does state each time rather than each time this turn... same as your predict play not grabbing you 2 cards... wouldn't have played it this way had I realized that, but it's all good.

1 card it is.


EDIT: And to clarify one thing... I didn't devise the rule to make one exception... I stumbled on it when searching for mill effect cards that'd work w/ the bauble...

Okay, so just to clarify, the official ruling is going to be drawing one card per spell, regardless of turns? Because you did specify on the removing and revealing, but not the drawing, so I wasn't sure if you forgot or meant to do it that way. Personally, I think it makes more sense on the per turn basis, to keep things consistent, and it doesn't make anything too good, IMO. I'll leave it up to you, but clarification would be good.

MtG is all about exceptions, and this one exception isn't really "great" it ate up 2 turns and took 2 cards to get 2 draws... so, as far as tempo goes it's dumb. Though having 3 cards felt powerful... I shoulda done it during your turn so I'd not have to worry as much about discard too...
