I guess that's what you get for telling your play :$

I tried not to let it influence my play. Honestly, it probably doesn't make much difference. I would've started out with a tap-land one way or the other. It would've either been the volcano or Salt Marsh and even with the Marsh, there are a good amount of options available to kill a 1-toughness creature for 1 mana. Considering how he started the last match with Birds, I like to think that I would've made the same land drop without knowing his play. But, or course, once I read what he was going to do, I'm sure that was lingering at the back of my mind. But on the other hand, if BB had seen me play my land first, he might not have started with the same play (maybe Tundra, Land Tax instead).

Meh. I don't want to feel like I'm cheating, so I'll just lay the Volcano and leave it up to BigBlue if he wants to keep his play as is or not.

Nope... it's all good, Maybe some day I'll discover that for this format, creatures seem to be a waste - given all the removal possibilities... :) Unless they have haste or shroud or some other cool ability.

It is very likely that turgy would have played a land capable of red or black to kill it with any number of spells.

Untap, Draw, Play Wasteland, kill the volcano.

Disrupt could not have been played, due to a lack of legal target.

Correct solution (yeah, i'm gonna be a judge :D):
untap mana -> disrupt back to your hand.
you get a warning for game rules violation ;)

Wait, so if the Disrupt stays in hand, but the max hand size is 1, then BigBlue would have to discard, anyway.

Although, now that we have a ruling, he probably wouldn't have decided to draw a card that he'll keep in hand. Care to retake your turn?
