I've got the ability:
Whenever you play a creature spell, put X 1/1 black Thrull creature tokens into play where X is that spell's converted mana cost. When you control seven or more Thrulls, sacrifice PREVIEW_CARD.
I believe the art is #16, but there are a few other pieces I don't recognize and some I don't know the names of. I'm not going to attempt spelling things correctly...

For the casting cost, there is a 1/1 black Swampwalk guy for B and an equipment that gives +1/+0 for 1 and 0 to equip, giving a B.
Black 1/1 First Strike for B, Unholy Strength for B, equip to give +1/+1 for 1 and 1 to equip for a savings of U1, but I can't help but think this guy shouldn't be blue, so maybe there is something better that uses blue.
Not sure on the Tunneler Wurm, but the only other creature or Enchantment I could find that either has or gives the ability is Patchwork Gnomes.
Rarity is rare.
Creature Type seems an interesting challenge, but not one I have time for.
Power and Toughness is again something I don't have time for, but it doesn't seem like it would need to be too big. Between Pandemonium, Furnace of Wrath, and Goblin Bombardment alone, I can kill deal 6 damage with a 2 ATK creature without having to do anything else. Clearly a 3/1 would just be a no-brainer, so the ATK is either 1 or 2 and whatever DEF is necessary to keep it alive.
