How is attacking with Zombies against a black deck any different from attacking with them vs any of the other four colors?

I was sorting my black cards last night and I came across a black spell that's 1B and you return X swamps to your hand and it deals X damage to target creature(s) and/or player(s) (I think players also). I can't remember the name of it unfortunately. Would that be helpful/better than Drain...

What about using Tempting Licid in place of some of the Lures? Then you get an additional creature to attack with...

I don't know if it will hose over your teammate also, but maybe Meekstone? And if you really want to get ambitious, some way of tapping or Kismet. But that might take the deck in a new direction altogether...

Funny thing about my comments about the Warlord; in a MP game I played on July 25 (before my vacation), an opponent p-layed with it and its more recent, flying variation. I like the idea of Harvester but also echo Mikeymike's concerns.
