I guess I am always seeing him in decks in my group where they're trying to get to threshold fast, but there's always critters about so I wonder why they don't hold them back for blocking, at least. I guess I should build a deck with them and see which is best for me...

I think this was raised before, with the decision to see how much tourney traffic would be generated before making a separate forum. As it is, the few tourney-regular people seem to have left anyways and putting taglines like "Casual" or "MP" or "Tourney" in the subject line seemed to be...

I would say look at your store's metagame and see if you can build something "new" that can handle most of them (and that's hopefully still fun). Do you have any buddies still there that can still play "for fun"?

Actually, I think most posts happen during the day EST. When I log in the morning, there might be 5 or six forums that have new posts but the actual threads are only one or two. Brainburst just might be getting more traffic. And maybe people who play Magic more often.
