I think he's done a lot for this site too - he's been pretty much the only consistent article contributor until he went to PlayorDraw... no one has really taken up the slack who said they would.

What does space junk have to do with it? The possibility of collisions? It depends how far the "hotel" is going to be up. And people will definitely pay for the experience - look at all the other crazy stuff people do.

I've never had an experience like that so forgive my skepticism about your conclusion, but I agree it certainly is possible.

EricBess, that is correct. Unlike when a Jester is played and you have to follow the next card suit, when a Wizard is played, everyone may play any card. So does rkoelsch and TomB need to take back their cards? It's okay if you want to :) And train still appears to be AWOL... :)

Well, I disagree with your "rant" :), but perhaps that's because I've "known" him longer. Just because you don't play in a tourney doesn't mean you don't know what you're talking about. I get the impression he's very much in touch with the Type 1 scene and talks regularly with others, either...

I guess what I meant was it possible to play competitively in Type 1 without the P9 cards. If it was, I'm thinking you wouldn't see that much of an outcry to reprint the P9 cards (in fact, you'd probably see a bigger outcry from those P9 owners who are spending all this money and getting beat...

I don't know, it's different... I guess I'm used to the old style, but I'm not totally against this one.

Presumably they're working on that. My article says it ran on a "mixture of solid- and liquid-fueled propellants", whatever that might be.
