Check your local library. Ask the librarian to direct you to the "recordings" area and look under "Civil War". I know you'll find fife and drum music as well as folk and war songs from that era but I'm not sure you'll find "Sound Effects" like canons or or musket fire or Pickett yelling, "Charge!"
