Oh, I suppose I'll play the 2 of Hearts. Why the heck not? After all, it's not like I have any chance in this round.

Sure, sure. Thanks a bunch there, Eric. Nice to know that I'm going to lose some more points this round. Let's see, should I play my loser or my other loser... I think I'll go with the first loser.

6 of Spades

Failed to make my bid??? Are you kidding? Look at the stupid cards you dealt me. I had as much chance of making my bid as Gore did of winning a personality competition.

I'm just estatic that I only missed by one :D:D:D

Now, how about dealing me some real cards so I can show you how it's done.

I still would like to know what Steve is bidding on. It is a good thing that it is a blind bid as his bids would throw me off.

EricBess, I hope you have some real cards now :)

rkoelsch, are you asking to see Jigglypuff's whole hand at once?

Spidey, that's easy enough to reconstruct:

Hearts (trump) : 2, 8
Diamonds: 6
Spades: 6, Q

I think his point was that he thinks that a 2 bid with this hand was probably wishful thinking :D. I can see it with 2 trump and the Q of S, but I agree. I probably would have bid 1. And if we were bidding in turn, almost definitely 0. Nothing here that can't be ditched somewhere with people trying to take tricks.

But, we don't have the benefit of knowing how strong everyone else's hand is, so its possible that the 6 of D could take a trick if everyone has a weak hand.

Still, rkoelsch, I'm interested what you would have bid with my hand:
Hearts (trump): Q
Diamonds: A
Spades: J
Clubs: 8, J

:D

I am a conservative bidder. I would probably have bid 1 but I can definitely see 2. I hate hands like that. My current one is very tough and I think I overbid especially seeing as everyone bid. But time will tell.
