I made a deck similar, its tough as hell to get but i figured there had to be a way to do it. Misers and paupers cage, thumbscrews and scalding tongs dont work.

Dark suspicions does basically what the hand dmg cards do, but you can control the damage.
LMK which one you think is better.. mono blue tends to sputter out unless you run full counters.. and the deck becomes really really boring, to play with and against.
