Isn't my dude on the right (in the middle) supposed to be in front of the door (so, one space down?). If not, it moves into the room my other dude is guarding. If so, my dude on the top right enters the -1 room.

Yes, he's supposed to be outside the door. Sorry about that; I think I just moved him west instead of the door when I reset him.

My upper right guy moves to the space with Mooseman - but my lack of skillz can't make it neat.

I rolled a 6! Hugo moves for the first time!

Yep. The "3" and "6" spots on a d6 just represent the Hugo icon on the real Ghost Party die. But he just moves 3 spaces.
