I would say this deck is done except lands... Anyone have ideas for a WR general? or a WB? I was thinking Selenia for WB... Or, we could abandon the opposite color theme, though I sort of like it.

Selenia for WB is almost a requirement.

The only two cards I'd like to see for RW would be Razia, Boros Archangel (though it seems really good all by itself) or Goblin Legionnaire.
