I've just PM'ed Oversoul, but assuming he'll play I propose:

Each team picks a color and makes two Tribal decks; we probably won't pick the same..

I'm shuffling a black, a blue and a white card to see which team gets which color..

Your card: A Metathran Elite (so, you two are Blue)

Our card: Mystic Penitant (so, we are white)

How about each team proposes a number of tribes in their color, and the other team picks what they have to play? Or the other way around?
