I agree with you that simply making new forums, and just leaving it there, wouldn't neccessarily liven anything up. That's why the suggestion would need to be taken one step at a time, beginning with relaxing the "Magic-only" criteria for Front Page articles. If/when interest began to grow in some of these other games we could, at that time, move to re-arrange the forums a bit.
At least, that's how I see it...
As far as it goes, we haven't really discussed any of this with Mike yet, but I know he still comes around occasionally. And no, AFAIK none of the rest of us could or would radically alter the site without consulting with Mike first, so he would be the guy to talk to about all this...
