What is an "enemy" colors deck? Being U/R, all the other colors are enemies or allies. Did they tell you why it will auto-lose? I'd stay with it until further information.

Speaking from having played against the deck, I'd say it's not really worth worrying about, if you play the cards right. Sterling Grove pretty much protects the other enchantments, one of them gives protection against colors (the Blessing?), and if you don't pile ALL of them on a creature then...

Nah, 3RR sounds about right. Look at Dark Banishing and Annihilate. They do the same thing but Annihilate cost 1B more. Any kind of card drawing will probably add 2 converted mana cost to the card.
