    Cyclone for MP

Just kidding ;) Anyhoo, I'm thinking that you don't need the Cyclone out for too long - 4-5 turns is probably realistic (well, with MP, maybe not, since everyone will probably be gunning for me). But that's 10-15 points of damage to everyone and creatures. Even three turns is 6 damage. Plus...

    City of Brass

Back in the day of Mirage Block (and kinda Ice Age, although there were the painlands), City of Brass was almost the only way to get mana for a deck that had more than two colors (i.e. my Manabarbs deck). Until Gemstone Mine came along... Were decks running 4 of them when Port came along? I...

What do these three have in common? "SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS" "SPRUCE GOOSE" "COMET" Answer: They're airplanes (nicknames). I guess this one was a fairly easy one to start off with. Everyone pretty much got it right. Players who got it right: Apollo, Elrond, EricBess, fuzzy, Gaelic, Hetemti...

Tribond: Question 15 Answers, Scores, and WINNER!

I guess that's what happens when you use old cards. I actually was thinking that looked weird but couldn't nail it down. Most people got the gist of the question; but if anyone seriously wants to re-do it, we can.

    Christians massacred in Pakistan

Before 9/11, I know a Virginia school district was debating whether to include the Pledge as part of beginning the school day (I think with input from the students). I'm sure there were plenty of these in other parts of the US.

    Might be just propaganda

Here's another blurb about it from the Washington Post: Britain's New Case against bin Laden It doesn't specifically say that bin Laden was behind the attacks, only he supported them.

    Might be just propaganda

I have no idea, I haven't heard anything from the papers or news. And despite the quotes included, I don't think bin Laden still says that he did it. He just supports that act. The closest quote was that he kills innocents, but doesn't directly say that he killed the innocents in the WTC (and...

Another plane crashes in New York!

I haven't really read the paper or seen the news yet, but from what snippets I DID hear, it was more like the engine exploding. However, this type of engine has had problems before and the FAA had issued warnings about it. Bottom line: Probably just an accident, not a terrorist act.
