Mine is definitely casual; these guys haven't played since around Mirage and are just getting back into it. one's a "simple" player, so far playing R/G or R/W, with "simple" creatures and burn and stuff. I can't really get a feel for this guy, but the others respect his deckbuilding abilities...

Yeah, that was my problem during my final levels before becoming King. I had all of these turns but couldn't adventure because my HP were so low, so I jousted a couple of times. Too bad you can't bring more than one thing when you're promoted :p

I'm not too familiar with the term myself, since I don't use the newer cards, but that one, Coalition Victory, where you win if you have all five basic land types and control creatures of all five colors, it would seem fairly easy to meet those conditions here.
