It was because (and kinda still is), at the time, the Games Run were taking up the majority of the threads in General Gaming and people were having trouble sifting through the non-Games Run threads.

Like I said, one of the problems is why stop at police officers? Why not killing in general? Or even soldiers? Another problem is that I'm not sure how or why the law got passed in the first place. My original post just had the response to it, not the reasoning behind it.

Well, I was thinking light when I was considering white or black (the absence of light), but thought that was too obscure for most people to think of. Besides, who thinks of cyan or magenta? It's blue and red all the way! :p
