Depends how fast the game is going and how quickly you need it. If you need to use it the same turn it comes out, yeah, it's a lot. If you can wait until your next turn, it's really only 5 mana which is what, 5th, 4th turn? All good points and honestly, if you're playing casual Constructed...

Well, four of it is a one-time cost (the casting cost), plus it allows non-white colors such as green or blue to kill creatures, of which they normally can't do...

It's an expensive creature removal for all colors... I guess it'd have to be since it's an artifact :)

I haven't been keeping track to see whether you're going Black aside from Betrayal of Flesh, but destroying artifacts is always good :) I think you made the right one, but it's close...

Not sure because it's been so long, but I think I came up with that. Either that or saw it done so I figured out how to do it on my own. I needed a way to send something like the Notable Ballots or a D&D game a ran a long time ago to multiple people, so I put them on my Buddy List.

But there is/was in Oregon and Washington State this past week ;)
