Nah, don't count Homelands with Ice Age. I don't know why even Wizards does this, but Homelands was the last true "stand-alone".

I think Strip Mine, because it can handle any lands, would be more used than Wasteland. But do decks pack 4 Wastelands? And what's the percentage of non-basics in Vintage decks generally? That's the clarification I was looking for, although I was starting to get it in the past posts. Thing...

Hmm. I didn't think of that, but yeah, the conventions like DragonCon(?) where WOTC is sure to be is probably a good place. They might be able to authenticate your cards if you get them there and they have time.
