The beginning of the end of net.decs?

I have always been interested in "Net Decks", having copped to that, I must say that the habit of doing so isn't as strong in me as before, why? I can't find them, or so I thought. The Dojo (R.I.P.) was my choice of habit, it fell and like Rome, time went on; I could go to the deck section...

What is a casual player of Magic, once and for all...

What is a casual player? What I think some would like it to mean: One who does not care for 'tournament style' play. What I think it means: One who defines themselves as having a non-competetive "Spirit" for the game. ~opposing camp~ What is a tournament player? What I think some would like...

I laughed so hard this morning that I actually had coffee squirt out of my nose :) :) :) :)!!!!!!! Fair enough, though, I loved your retort. You see, this PROVES you are a true genius at writing (I refuse to say you're good looking, though ;)).

The last Un-scientific Poll on 7th.

Your choices and their definitions: Superior: You really like it so much that you went right out and bought a box of it and the 5 pre-constructed decks along with the starter CD-Rom kit and you've sworn off all other sets and will only play decks that are made up of 7th Ed. cards (and not the...

Classic Question: Is there room for Civility in Magic?

I will, from now on, wish my opponent "Good-Luck" (unless, of course, it's John "Friggin" Rizzo, in which case I'll lean over the table and face him nose to nose and scream, "GOOD FRIGGIN' LUCK, CHIEF!!!!") I am a responsible spectator and do NOT make smartalec remarks on or about cards and/or...

Classic Question: Is there room for Civility in Magic?

I once posted a thread discussing this very topic (can't remember where it is though), but here's where I'm comming from: Through the five or so years I've been playing Magic, I have witnessed some AMAZING case studies for 'People Skills' or lack of as this thread will lead to for discussion...

Did you ever do an IQ test?

During my youth, I traveled all across the country with several Drum & Bugle Corps and we would travel all night & day to get to our show sites. I have seen many images of small & big towns, mountains, plains, the Redwood Foests, heck, we even traveled along the California Coast (I-1). So, I...
