I understand that. But then the cards must be judged on individual merit, and not as components of a three card combo for 10 damage. That is not to say that the cards do not belong in the deck. But more than likely, one of them does not, IMO.

Yeah, but you have to draw all three cards. It might not matter if your opponent is not playing a good deck. Other than that it matters...

It just occured to me that it's been a while since I saw this card or thought about it. A lot of that is of course due to the enormous mana requirement, but in casual play, that should be more of an incentive to play it than ever... So I was just wondering what everyone's favorite tricks were...

Well, casually, I don't think this will affect Renewal much at all, since it already has better cards to work with in other sets. I am FAR from positive though. I could very well be wrong. It's just my feelings on the matter. People have been using Enduring Renewal in decks with Aluren or...

If someone can build a deck that can use it as well as the old Kobolds deck used Skullclamp, then it could be a neat combo engine for the new Raisin format...
