Wow I just looked at that card for the first time--Decree of Pain is huge... The only edge this has over it is controllability (which isn't much). You don't lose your own creatures to Dregs (unless you want to). It is so very slow, but it creates a massive swing in the late game. I guess...

I do, actually, know what all of the cards in your deck do. I'm not so sure about mine (it was a really random deck). I guess I could get used to the whole listing stats on the cards though. I don't care too much... Do you only do it when the card first appears, or in ever post?
