Strychnos Toxifera is an interesting one. It can probably add counters a bit easily, but sacrificing lands is quite a penalty generally, and I think it fits well into the scheme of things... Box Jellyfish probably needs reworded... I don't like the whole "attached" thing with Metallic Anemone...

I guess I can accept that. It depends on how you define "bluffing" I guess. I think the game does have some amount of potential bluffing involved, but it's certainly not the same sort as what's in poker... I think it was a bad example anyway though, but it was the first one that came to mind...

The only thing I can think of that abuses this is either something complicated or something like one of these... Stoic Champion or Invigorating Boon... Lightning Rift maybe... Telekinetic Bonds and something that produced multiple mana might work...

I don't really like this card. I know that a lot of people have tried to use Rack/Vise together to ensure that you're going to take some damage unless you can keep your handsize within that narrow 3-4 range... But it's painfully obvious that this is what this card was designed for... Only...
