I don't currently have anything for the aggro match... But I notice that you're actually using Index in a U/B deck... Lim-Dul's Vault may cost twice as much, but it's so much better... Speaking of which, there has to be something better for you to use than Diabolic Intent...

I like my Arctic Circus deck's anti-weenie tech. of Ophidian/Masticore. But I also have a lone Powder Keg in there, just in case I get the opportunity to use it. For your deck though, maybe trying a 4th Disk would help against weenies...
