Don't get me wrong. I like Word of Command. I wish I had a playset. It's a very cool card. For tournament decks though, I guess it is just too situational since there's a pretty good chance it won't actually do anything except let you see your opponent's hand.
It's too bad that the card is so rare and all. It would be fun to see it played in actual games...
