The Queen is too obvious. Better chance that it was the Princess. However, that might have been too simple if Rando was involving subplots.

If Rando was clever enough, I wouldn't put it past him to have one of us as the killer ;)

Yes indeed, it was the princess!

You see, she was having a forbiddin trist with a kitchen scrub who had an afinity for green scarves. She slipped the poison into the king's glass because she knew her father would never allow her to marry the scrub.

It was the kitchen scrub's scarff found outside, and the princess and the scrub seen in the hall.

Well, there you have it!

Well, the Princess was my honest second guess. I guess it comes from reading Ian Fleming but I have a thing for the semi-obvious perpetrator who is untouchable because of status or power.
