but take it a step further, and thran foundry your mosquitoes...:eek:

Well, at least poison hasn't been given up on completely. It looks like too little too late to me though, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong...

Because we still don't have anything concrete, and almost everyone has already given up on poison by now...

If the new poison cards are functionally outright better than the old, it could make a big difference...

The Rath block slivers were a more successful concept than poison, but the new school versions led only to a small revival.

Well, like you (I think), since the no one really uses the old ones, there will probably be better efficient creatures (and spells?) for them. I'm hoping too...

What sort of stuff do you think they'd make? Would it be anything like the stuff we were working on earlier in the home made cards forum?

that actually fairs pretty well..

I think the biggest problem with poison counters is that marsh viper... easily the best poison Creature is a 1/2 wuss that costs as much as a blastoderm.

I never tried using swamp mosquitos and suq ata assassins tho.

if they brought back poison in any shape or form, whether it be sorcery based, tacking the ability onto a creature, or just providing more.. it could be amazing...

if the creatures are black, we have removal
If theyre red, we have burn,
white would be kinda silly, as would blue

I have a feeling the snakes of kamigawa CAN rock.. i mean without a lure...:D

I think it would cool to see a sorcery that adds a poison counter to all players or something along those lines.

And black cards that allowed you to put poison counters on yourself in as part of a cost to do other things...

Then there's that Oversoul creature I made. j/k
