Not at all. Mtenda Lion is such a sub-par card, it would have no place in any deck once the bigger, better Jungle Lion came along.
Actually, Mtenda Lion shouldn't be in any deck, its just that bad. Main deck has better stuff in green, like Rogue Elephant. And, putting it in your sideboard is a total waste of time, too. More than main deck.
