I do indeed have one later...

I'll tap and sacrifice my three Forests to my Sustenance to give +3/+3 to my Lieutenant. Now I can block!

Then I'll block the Elemental (4/4) with the Lieutenant (4/5) and the Troll (2/2) with the Caterpillar (3/3).
