1. Wait for vBulletin v2. I'm one of the developers (see http://beta.jelsoft.com) so I can say it'll be amazing. Then I'll do all the template editing and make this forum rule.
2. I had a nice idea of how to expand on this design. Being able to do it in Photoshop is different though.
