Glad to hear it did so well!

Continuing with the Dream Halls/Expensive theme, here are some more Gold cards which could do some damage:

Nicol Bolas
Crosis
Spinal Embrace (great card in MP)
Void
Undermine (just to keep them honest)

I don't know how efficient any of them would be, but they'd be cool.

Also, Fork (or Mirari) might be a neat addition. Copying a Time Stretch or a Kaboom! would likely end the game.

Shunts, Misdirections, or Deflections could be helpful if you often feel that you are being unjustly targeted.

Finally, do you need more tutor power?

I also think Uyo, Silent Prophet or Mirari would be excellent here.

Just my personal take, I've always respected Kaboom! because it deals quite a lot of damage to everyone but yourself for a 4R spell. I feel it's a great addition to a simple red burn deck and you don't necessarily have to build your deck around it.

Just for the record the red cards that deal tons of damage include:

  • Acidic Soil
  • Zo-Zu the Punisher (this little guy is way better than he looks)
  • Earthquake / Fault Line
  • Kaboom!
  • Pyrostatic Pillar
  • Price of Progress
  • Sizzle

Personally, I'm liking Sensei's Diving Top more than Scroll Rack. While Scroll Rack is slightly more powerful, the Top is slightly cheaper, works well when your hand is empty, and requires less decisions to make so it plays faster (which is very important in a multiplayer game). I've simply left out exceedingly slow cards like Scroll Rack from my multiplayer decks.
