Okay, so how this works is that your 15 card pack you generated from MTGEN.NET for ice age is your hand, there is no card draw for your draw step.
You get to put into the battlefield one basic land card of your choice per turn (up to a max of ten)
The only time you can draw a card is if something in game (effect, etc.) puts card(s) in your library and something else tells you to draw a card (spel, ability, trigger, etc.)
Other wise we just take out turns
