How much have you paid for a card?

I have never spent more than $5 for a card (Hermit, Sol Ring, Demonic Tutor, a couple others). Unless, of course, you count the $7 entry fee to the tournament in which I won my Mox Jet. I guess you could say I paid $7 for it, but I guess that was a pretty good deal

I spent $20 on a time walk, then 2 years later traded it for
a set of Revised & the Dark, and about 12 playstation games.

Okay, $55 for a Mox Jet, Mox Pearl and a Timewalk, all Beta Edition and each one fairly mint. That's about $18 for each.

Don't be so amazed. This was back in 1994, as I remember.
