Hi, I'm Reco, and I just learned to place Magic:The Gathering last Friday, I'm one of those guys that is the biggest geek at my school but really never gets hastled about it, maybe its because I'm one of the strongest kids at my school and also generally a nice guy....or the gods favor me, what ever it maybe I don't question it too much and all turns out well.

I'll pop in and try to contribute often, and when I ask a question please try to stick with me on it...I tend to stop making sense half way through it...hopefully you guys can crack out the decoder rings and help me. :cool:

Ewww...Little man humping Chucky lost its appeal 2 months ago....the furry porn under the liquid chlorine is where it's at.....crap....fuzzy510 told me not to tell you....well...I guess I can just poke him some more to get the other porn hidding spots.

First deck I played was five colors, had all of the wards, and the major win cards were Craw Wurm and Sengir Vamipre. On yeah, and banding was awesome.

Don't worry about being old. The first deck I really "constructed" and didn't just borrow splashed white for...

...three Abbey Gargoyles. Why? Because they couldn't be bolted.

My only comment is why would you have Groffskithur in the deck if you only have one of them. That just makes him a 6 mana 3/3. If you don't have any cards to replace it with, then just take it out, or go drafting. :D:D

OMG fist deck I played was straight out of a starter box. I think it had a Forcefield and an Icy Manipulator in it.

Not a bad deck..could use some tweeking..

My first deck was like 130 cards..red blue and black. Like most first game magic players, I see a card and say "Thats Powerful" only to realize I will later get owned. Fist tourney experian, I played a kid who played with a green weenie deck. It was T1 and he ended up attaking with a 4x giant growthed and then berzerked scryb sprite. Killing me with like 52 or so damage.

I don;t know why exactly I have half the cards in that deck that I do, but until I can get some dough(Because I had to either beg or win all my cards, infact I won one silver card....put it has colateral for 5 cards in return) so I probably need to get some more cards because I want to run a blue/black deck also.

Man, it's a good thing you posted a serious Magic question before (and here helped too). With that kind of username, I wasn't sure if it was a spam user at first... :)

Silver as in part of them name where if you use it you get banned from the torniment...."Silver Overlord" kinda silver.

Oh and this is the user name I use everywhere.

Hmmm... That'd be "sLiver," not "silver." As in a small piece of something larger, not as in the simiprecious metal.

Also, he's legal in some tournament formats, just not in "Type Two." As a matter of fact, here's his profile on Gatherer where you can see what formats he's legal in: Sliver Overlord

Meh...I= Dumb Ass...Kinda forgot that what is here is not everywhere, over here in Las Vegas if you play any of the Sliver Cards (Sorry never bothered to read to close...lost that card so fast to the local loaner) in a tournament you get kicked out, and your name is announced, for every person after that announcement that does it get banned from one more than the last.

Example:

Chris at 1PM plays Blade Sliver, his opponent calls the ref, Chris gets kicked out.
Johnny at 1:15 plays Crystalline Sliver, his opponent call the ref, Johnny gets kicked out of this torniment and the next torniment that is at the shop.
So on and so forth

Now if either Chris or Johnny’s opponent don't give a **** about sliver cards the ref can't kick them because refs are only allowed to interfere if a player asks them to.
