No prob, I don't know how comfortable you are with Excel.
In a column next to the card name, put "=RAND()" (without the quotes). That calculates a random number between 0 and 1. Then select the card column and random number column and sort on the random number.

But yeah, the hidden row attribute is also known as Freeze Pane, wherein you freeze the rows on top, then scroll the other rows "under" the frozen panes so as to hide them from yourself. In this way you hide your draw pile from yourself and can scroll up (down?) to draw...
