Wha? How are dual lands "part basic"? And what basic-restricted moves are you talking about?Ransac said:
The only thing I can think of is the Fetch lands which say "get an island or swamp", of which a dual land is both. But they don't say "get a basic land" (like Rampant Growth might say, for example. Or Krosan Tusker).

Gotcha. My response would be to tap the diamond to activate scroll rack for my hand of 6. With the Mox back in my hand, I'll then have 7 cards.
