It's because strictly speaking, there are no rares in Antiquities, just U1, U2, U3, denoting the times it was printed on the same page.

I generated them for Ransac and BB in Apprentice and sent them though.

FE was the same way... I think all the 8 card boosters were that way actually...

You shouldn't always get a R in an 8 card booster...

There's an option is Suitcase to treat U1s as rares, but not sure if that carries over to the booster generating process.

Mooseman and I still need Torment boosters...
