Might I request a new non-user category to vote on? Best Forum Game? Not a general one, but to look back on all of the games played this past voting year and see which one was the most intriguing (sp?). It could be a simple 1 on 1 game of Magic, or a game of Tribond, or that Shipwrecked! thing or Werewolf.

Anyone like the idea?

I think it's a good idea. We've phased categories out before, why not add one in. And besides, not everyone has to vote in every category. I don't usually deal with trading, but I've just not voted for the "fairest trader" or any other category that I really don't know about.

Sign me up, but before I get a ballot can you explain what all the categories mean? Some are obvious, like Most Funniest and Best Sig, but a lot of them I'm not sure how to interpret. For example:
CPA King?
CPA Legend?
Oldie But Goodie?
CPA Spammer?

A category-by-category rundown would be useful for those who've never done it before.

I'll take my ballot.

King-- Well, same as Prom King. Not much, really.
Queen-- Half of the time, a joke. However, half the time its the same as King, but female.
Legend-- a member who (traditionally) isn't present any longer, but fondly remembered and referenced by older members. (Ed Sullivan is due for this, I do believe)
Oldie but Goodie-- kinda like 'still around, but affording simiLegendary status
Spammer-- Who's got a post everywhere you look? Some of 'em almost useless, but nevertheless, they're there.

Otherwise, orgg pretty much described it.

I think we'll take out Fairest Trader for this year since there was hardly any trading done and put in that Best Forum Game category.

Best Entrance is voted for AFTER the awards ceremony starts; I'll see if I can find a link to one of the older ceremonies for an example.
